This is such a fun age with so much personality and attitude! We feel so blessed to have our sweet Claire bear in our family. She is sweet and sassy and so much fun.
We have a pretty flexible schedule these days. Claire generally wakes up around 8, eats breakfast around 8:30 or 9 (oatmeal, fruit, and milk), eats lunch around 12:30 or 1 (Mac & cheese or pb&j), takes a nap around 1:30 or 2 until 3 or 4, eats dinner around 6, and takes a bath around 8 and gets ready for bed (brushes teeth & reads books) around 8:30 or 9.
She loves playing pretend with her baby dolls, reading books, going swimming, being at Mimi's house, eating mac & cheese and watermelon, watching Cinderella, Daniel Tiger, and Doc McStuffins, going to nursery at church, playing at the park, riding her scooter, taking baths, playing in the basement, moving objects around to climb on so she can reach what she wants, coloring/painting pictures, playing with friends and cousins, animals, rolling down the hill, somersaults,
Some Claire-isms as of late:
•I don't need to go potty! I already went yest-a-day!
•I love your [fill in the blank]! (She gives great compliments :))
•Yes! I can do that! (When asked to do something.)
•That's lovely!
Two of my favorite things about Claire:
1. She is very loving and demonstrative. She gives great compliments, lots of hugs, and says "I love you!" often.
2. She is adventurous and silly and a dare-devil. (Very unlike her mother--at least the adventurous/dare-devil part--so I admire this about her!) She loves the big slides at the park, dancing crazy, and being thrown up high in the air by her uncles. She is always up for something fun and exciting!
+And one to grow on :)
3. Claire is very verbal and remembers things really well. It is so fun to be able to communicate with her so well and hear what's going on in that cute little head of hers. She learns quickly and is very persistent.

This age sounds so fun. I'm glad you're getting to enjoy it with her! Claire sounds so sweet. She gets her complimentary nature from you, by the way. ;)
