My Happy List

  1. Read scriptures—even if it’s just for two minutes
  2. Exercise (like a good, HARD workout) for at least 30 minutes
  3.  Eat a good, healthy breakfast (my favorite right now is oatmeal with a whole granny-smith apple cut up in it)
  4. Practice the piano (the goal is for thirty minutes)
  5. Read and study an article from the Conference Ensign
  6. Find time to call someone just to chat

I find that even if everything else goes wrong, if I find time to do these things (or at least a few of them) my day is pretty darn good.
