- Read scriptures—even if it’s just for two minutes
- Exercise (like a good, HARD workout) for at least 30 minutes
- Eat a good, healthy breakfast (my favorite right now is oatmeal with a whole granny-smith apple cut up in it)
- Practice the piano (the goal is for thirty minutes)
- Read and study an article from the Conference Ensign
- Find time to call someone just to chat
I find that even if
everything else goes wrong, if I find time to do these things (or at
least a few of them) my day is pretty darn good.
